About your trainer
Helen Wain is a highly experienced instructor who is also an accredited coach for the renowned 'Ride with your Mind' methodology, trained under the guidance of Mary Wanless. With over 40 years of experience Helen offers expert coaching focused on rider position and of the biomechanics that create more effective, harmonious riding.
