About your trainer
Dianne Wood has a keen interest in rider biomechanics and has trained for many years with Helen Wain, Ali Wakelin and Mary Wanless. She is currently training to become an accredited Ride With Your Mind coach, having studied the methods of Mary Wanless for many years.
Be prepared to make subtle changes that feel weird initially - your horse will thank you.
